Angels, we are excited to reveal that our venue for A Gathering of the Angels: A Tribute and Celebration of the world of David Lynch, is the stunning Genesis Cinema located in the trendy and cool Whitechapel area of London.
Recognised as the best cinema in the UK in 2016, the 2nd best in London in 2024, and the 39th most beautiful cinema worldwide in 2025 by Timeout, Genesis is a unique treasure in the UK and a legend in the London cinema scene.
Thanks to its incredibly passionate owner, Tyrone Walker-Hebborn, Genesis is celebrated for its excellent programming, amazing in-house events, and delicious food offerings, evolving over the years into one of London's most cherished venues. Not bad for a cinema that dates from 1912!
Genesis is delighted to be our host venue and, in true Lynchian fashion, they will be preparing Lynchian cocktails for everyone to enjoy in The Slow Club, a dedicated Blue Velvet area which will be crafted in their very atmospheric Bar Paragon. And of course there will be Lynchian secrets around every corner!
